Paper Plane

We were given a task to make an origami. Which is a paper plane. This kind of game really bring back the nostalgia. Which is our childhood memory. Using a paper, create or design the paper plane by our own creativity. After that, we need to fly the paper plane. As much as 6 to 8 person need to fly the paper plane together and see whose paper plane can go further than others is the winner. Who's paper plane that is fail need to redo the paper plane using the same paper. After a few round of it, the person who is the winner need to share his/her paper plane's design with others. Then start it all over again. Some of us might be success, but some of us might be fail to fly the paper plane.
For my self reflection, designers are not alike, everyone has their strengths and areas where they can grow. Maximize the contribution of every individual by building a culture of sharing rather than competition, where people feel comfortable sharing their knowledge. This can be done through hosting mini master classes (guided by the person with expertise in a specific area) or simply sharing tips on how one improves their working process after a project has concluded.
